Creates a flow for the specified Amazon Connect instance.

You can also create and update flows using the Amazon Connect Flow language.

Note:

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCreateContactFlow and EndCreateContactFlow.

Parameters

request
Type: Amazon.Connect.Model.CreateContactFlowRequest

Container for the necessary parameters to execute the CreateContactFlow service method.

cancellationToken
Type: System.Threading.CancellationToken

A cancellation token that can be used by other objects or threads to receive notice of cancellation.

Return Value


The response from the CreateContactFlow service method, as returned by Connect.

Exceptions

ExceptionCondition
DuplicateResourceException A resource with the specified name already exists.
InternalServiceException Request processing failed because of an error or failure with the service.
InvalidContactFlowException The flow is not valid.
InvalidParameterException One or more of the specified parameters are not valid.
InvalidRequestException The request is not valid.
LimitExceededException The allowed limit for the resource has been exceeded.
ResourceNotFoundException The specified resource was not found.
ThrottlingException The throttling limit has been exceeded.
