Dismisses contacts from an agent’s CCP and returns the agent to an available state,
which allows the agent to receive a new routed contact. Contacts can only be dismissed
if they are in a MISSED
, ERROR
, ENDED
, or REJECTED
state
in the Agent
Event Stream.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDismissUserContact and EndDismissUserContact.
