Updates timeouts for when human chat participants are to be considered idle, and when agents are automatically disconnected from a chat due to idleness. You can set four timers:
Customer idle timeout
Customer auto-disconnect timeout
Agent idle timeout
Agent auto-disconnect timeout

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginUpdateParticipantRoleConfig and EndUpdateParticipantRoleConfig.
