Deletes a security group.
If you attempt to delete a security group that is associated with an instance or network
interface, is referenced by another security group in the same VPC, or has a VPC association,
the operation fails with DependencyViolation.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDeleteSecurityGroup and EndDeleteSecurityGroup.
