Describes the Availability Zones, Local Zones, and Wavelength Zones that are available to you. If there is an event impacting a zone, you can use this request to view the state and any provided messages for that zone.

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDescribeAvailabilityZones and EndDescribeAvailabilityZones.
