Modifies the permissions for your VPC endpoint service. You can add or remove permissions for service consumers (Amazon Web Services accounts, users, and IAM roles) to connect to your endpoint service.
If you grant permissions to all principals, the service is public. Any users who know the name of a public service can send a request to attach an endpoint. If the service does not require manual approval, attachments are automatically approved.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginModifyVpcEndpointServicePermissions and EndModifyVpcEndpointServicePermissions.
