Description
The AWSConfigRemediation-EnableMinorVersionUpgradeOnRDS runbook
enables the AutoMinorVersionUpgrade setting on the Amazon RDS database
instance you specify. Enabling this setting means that minor version upgrades are
applied automatically to the DB instance during the maintenance window.
