Add your ATS integration

Amazon Connect Talent integrates with your applicant tracking system (ATS) so that your hiring data stays in sync. When you connect an ATS, Amazon Connect Talent synchronizes jobs and candidates from your ATS, and returns evaluation results to your ATS. This lets recruiters work from the tools they already use.
What ATS integration enables
Connecting your ATS will enable the following:

Job synchronization – Jobs from your ATS become available in Amazon Connect Talent so that recruiters can create evaluations for them.

Candidate synchronization – Candidate records from your ATS become available in Amazon Connect Talent.

Automated evaluation invitations – You link evaluations to a specific application stage from your ATS. When a candidate reaches that stage, Amazon Connect Talent automatically sends them an evaluation invitation by email.

Results sync – When a candidate completes their evaluation, Amazon Connect Talent writes a completion event back to your ATS with a link to review the candidate's results.
You will not be charged for adding your ATS integration.
Using Amazon Connect Talent without an ATS integration
Amazon Connect Talent works in full without an ATS integration. You can:
