Manage knowledge bases
A knowledge base stores your company values, principles, and mission. Amazon Connect Talent uses this information to personalize competencies and interview questions for candidates.
To upload files to a knowledge base

Navigate to Settings > Admin > Knowledge.
Choose Upload.
Choose the files to upload.
Choose Upload.

Wait for the status to change to Complete.
Deleting knowledge base files does not affect existing evaluations that used those files.
Tip
Upload documents that describe your company values, leadership principles, and mission statement. If a file shows a Failed status, retry the upload.
