# How an evaluation is structured

An evaluation has three parts:
+ **An overview** – the job, the competencies, and the language.
+ **A set of assessments** – science-backed measures of a candidate's competencies.
+ **An AI-led interview** – questions that measure the job's competencies.

While an evaluation is a draft, you can adjust any of these parts. Amazon Connect Talent protects your draft as you work, so you don't lose content by accident:
+ You can remove a section and restore it again.
+ You can undo recent changes.
+ Amazon Connect Talent warns you before you leave a competency with nothing to measure it.
