UntagContact

Removes the specified tags from the contact resource. For more information about this API is used, see Set up granular billing for a detailed view of your Amazon Connect usage.

Request Syntax


DELETE /contact/tags/InstanceId/ContactId?TagKeys=TagKeys HTTP/1.1

The request uses the following URI parameters.

The identifier of the contact in this instance of Amazon Connect.

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 256.

Required: Yes

The identifier of the Amazon Connect instance. You can find the instance ID in the Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the instance.

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 100.

Required: Yes

A list of tag keys. Existing tags on the contact whose keys are members of this list will be removed.

Array Members: Minimum number of 1 item. Maximum number of 6 items.

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 128.

Pattern: ^(?!aws:)[a-zA-Z+-=._:/]+$

Required: Yes

The request does not have a request body.


HTTP/1.1 200

If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response with an empty HTTP body.
