Tag a resource. A tag is a key-value pair of metadata that you associate with an AWS Proton resource.

The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the AWS Proton resource to apply customer tags to.
Type: String
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 200.
