### 更新客户端应用程序
<a name="osx_update_client"></a>

macOS 上的 Amazon WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序将自动检查可用的更新，当有新版本可用时，当你不使用它时，它将在后台安装它们。安装完成后，您只需打开客户端即可开始使用最新版本。这样让您可以更快地访问最新功能、增强功能和错误修复，而不会影响您的工作效率。

## Connect 到你的 WorkSpace
<a name="osx_connecting"></a>

要连接到您的 WorkSpace，请完成以下步骤。

### 要连接您的 3.0 WorkSpace 版以上客户端
<a name="osx_connecting-new-clients"></a>

1. 首次运行客户端应用程序时，系统会提示您输入您的欢迎电子邮件中所包含的注册代码。 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序使用注册码和用户名来标识 WorkSpace 要连接到哪个。以后当您启动客户端应用程序时，将会使用相同的注册代码。要输入不同的注册码，请启动客户端应用程序，然后选择登录页面底部的**更改注册码**。

1. 输入您的登录凭证，然后选择**登录**。如果您的 WorkSpaces 管理员已为您的组织启用了多重身份验证 WorkSpaces，则系统会提示您输入密码以完成登录。您的 WorkSpaces 管理员将提供有关如何获取密码的更多信息。

1. 如果您的 WorkSpaces 管理员尚未禁用 “**让我保持登录状态**” 功能，则可以选**中登录屏幕底部的 “让我保持**登录状态” 复选框以安全地保存您的凭据，这样您就可以在客户端应用程序保持运行时 WorkSpace轻松连接到您的凭据。您的凭据安全地缓存到 Kerberos 票证中，时间可达其最长使用期限。

   在客户端应用程序连接到您的之后 WorkSpace，将显示您的 WorkSpace 桌面。

网络连接中断会导致活动会话断开连接。这可能会因如下事件导致：合上笔记本电脑的盖子，或无线网连接丢失。如果在一定时间内恢复了网络连接，则适用于 macOS 的 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序会尝试自动重新连接会话。默认会话恢复超时时间为 20 分钟，但您的网络管理员可以修改此超时时间。

## 管理您的登录信息（仅限 3.0\$1 客户端）
<a name="manage-login-info-osx"></a>

您可以查看您的注册码以及您 WorkSpace 所在的地区。您可以指定是否希望 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序保存您当前的注册码，也可以为其指定一个名称 WorkSpace。您还可以指定是否希望 Amazon 在您退出或登录期 WorkSpaces 到期 WorkSpace 之前保持您的登录状态。

**管理您的登录信息 WorkSpace**

1. 在 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序中，前往 **“设置”、“****管理登录信息**”。

1. 在 “**管理登录信息**” 对话框中，您可以看到您的注册码和区域信息 WorkSpace。

1. （可选）如果您希望 WorkSpaces 客户端记住您当前的注册码，请选中 “**记住注册码**” 复选框。

1. 在 “**已保存的注册码**” 下，选择 WorkSpace 要命名的注册码。

## 客户端视图

您可以通过在客户端应用程序菜单中选择**查看**、**进入全屏**（3.0\$1 客户端），切换到全屏模式。

在全屏模式下，您可以通过将指针移动到屏幕顶部来切换回窗口模式。客户端应用程序菜单会显示，然后您可以选择客户端应用程序菜单中的**查看**、**离开全屏**（3.0\$1 客户端）。

您也可以通过按 Command\$1Option\$1Return 来切换全屏模式。

## 客户端语言
<a name="osx_client_lang"></a>

您可以通过执行以下步骤来选择客户端显示的语言。

**注意**  
 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序支持日语。但是，日语 WorkSpaces仅在亚太地区（东京）地区可用。

**要选择客户端语言，请执行以下操作：**

1. 根据您使用的客户端，执行以下操作之一。

1. 在 **Select a language (选择语言)** 列表中输入所需的语言，然后选择 **Save (保存)**。

## 显示器支持
<a name="osx-display-support"></a>

WorkSpaces WorkSpaces 超值、标准、性能 PowerPro、功耗和支持 GPU 的套装最多支持四台显示器，最大分辨率为 3840x2160（超高清或 UHD）。支持的最大分辨率取决于显示器的数量，如下表所示。

**注意**  
您只能扩展显示器。您无法复制显示器。复制显示器将导致您的会话中断。

 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序提取所有连接显示器的扩展显示信息数据 (EDID)，并在开始会话之前确定最佳兼容性匹配。如果您有一个高像素密度（高 DPI）显示器，客户端应用程序会根据您的本地 DPI 设置，自动扩展播放窗口。要使用高 DPI 显示器获取更好的最大分辨率，请参阅[启用高 DPI 显示屏 WorkSpaces](high_dpi_support.md)。

**注意**  
如果您的屏幕分辨率较低 WorkSpaces 且物体看起来模糊，则需要在 Mac 上打开高 DPI 模式并调整显示缩放设置。有关更多信息，请参阅 [启用高 DPI 显示屏 WorkSpaces](high_dpi_support.md)。

**要将多台显示器配合使用 WorkSpaces**

1. 配置本地计算机以便使用多个显示器。有关更多信息，请参阅 Apple 文档中的 [Connect one or more external displays with your Mac](hhttps://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/connect-an-external-display-mchl7c7ebe08/mac)。

1. 启动 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序并登录到您的 WorkSpace。

## 代理服务器
<a name="osx_proxy_server"></a>

如果您的网络要求您使用代理服务器来访问互联网，则可以允许您的 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序使用代理来处理 HTTPS（端口 443）流量。 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序使用 HTTPS 端口进行更新、注册和身份验证。

**注意**  
台式机流媒体连接 WorkSpace 需要启用端口 4172 和 4195，并且不通过代理服务器。
不支持需要使用登录凭证进行身份验证的代理服务器。

### 针对 3.0\$1 客户端使用代理服务器
<a name="osx_proxy_server-new-clients"></a>

默认情况下，3.0\$1 macOS 客户端使用设备操作系统设置中指定的代理服务器。首次启动客户端时，将使用设备操作系统的代理服务器设置。如果您为代理服务器选择其他选项，则该设置将用于客户端的后续启动。

**注意**  
如果您指定自定义代理服务器，则在尝试登录时可能会出现 “无网络” 错误 WorkSpace。要解决此问题，请使用默认的操作系统代理服务器，而不是在 macOS 客户端中指定自定义代理服务器。

1. 在 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序中，前往 **“设置”、“****管理代理服务器**”。

1. 在**设置代理**对话框中，选择**使用代理服务器**，输入代理服务器 URL 或 IP 地址及端口，然后选择**保存**。

## IPv6 网络设置
<a name="osx_ipv6_settings"></a>

 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序支持 WorkSpace 通过 IPv4 IPv6、或双栈连接（两者 IPv4 兼有 IPv6）。默认情况下， IPv4 连接用于流式传输。

**启用 IPv6 连接**

1. 在 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序中，前往 **“设置”、“****管理连接设置”**。

1. 在 “**连接设置**” 对话框的 “**常规连接设置**” 下，选中 “**首选 IPv6启用的通信**” 复选框。

   默认情况下，此设置处于禁用状态，这意味着您的客户端应用程序将只使用 IPv4 网络进行连接。如果您启用它，您的客户端应用程序将优先使用 IPv6 网络，但如果网络不可用， IPv6 则会回退到使用 IPv4 网络。

或者，组织也可以使用 macOS 默认值配置此设置：
+ 命名空间: `com.amazon.workspaces`
+ 键：`WSUseDualStackIPv6`
  + 将其值设置`1`为可启用 IPv6 首选。
  + 将其值设置`0`为可禁用 p IPv6 referred（这意味着它将 IPv4 专门使用）。
+ 更改将在下次启动 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序时生效。用户可以修改此设置，但在重新启动客户端时，它将恢复为默认值。

**注意**  
IPv6 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序版本`5.30.1`或更高版本支持连接。
IPv6 在连接到您的连接之前，需要更改连接设置 WorkSpace。它们在连接到您的时无法更改 WorkSpace。

## 命令快捷方式

## 重新映射 Windows 徽标键或 Command 键
<a name="osx_remap_command_key"></a>

默认情况下，当你使用亚马逊 macOS 客户端应用程序时，Windows 键盘上的 Window WorkSpaces s 徽标键和苹果键盘上的命令键都映射到 Ctrl 键。如果要更改此行为，以便将这两个按键映射到 Windows 徽标键以在 Windows 中使用 WorkSpaces，请使用以下步骤。

**将 Windows 徽标键或 Command 键映射到 Windows 徽标键**

1. 如果您尚未[安装或更新至版本 3.0.5 或更](#osx_setup)高版本的 Amazon mac WorkSpaces OS 客户端应用程序。

1. 在**查找工具**中，打开您的**应用程序**文件夹，打开**实用程序**，然后选择**终端**。

1. 在“终端”窗口中，输入以下命令，然后按 Return 键。

## Disconnect
<a name="osx_disconnect"></a>

您可以通过几种方法断开 macOS 客户端应用程序的连接：
+ 在亚马逊 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序中，前往**亚马逊 WorkSpaces**，然后选择**断开连接 WorkSpace**。您的 WorkSpace 会话已结束，但如果您想再次登录，客户端应用程序会继续运行。
+ 在亚马逊 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序中，前往**亚马逊 WorkSpaces**，然后选择**结束会话**。

  结束会话时，系统会提示您保存已打开的文档。在提示中选择 “**结束会话**” 将断开您与 WorkSpaces 客户端用户会话的连接。
**注意**  
此选项仅适用于资源 WorkSpaces 池。
+ 在亚马逊 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序中，前往**亚马逊 WorkSpaces**，然后选择**退出亚马逊 WorkSpaces**。您的 WorkSpace 会话结束，客户端应用程序关闭。
+ 在 Amazon WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序中，单击左上角的红色关闭 (X) 按钮关闭 WorkSpaces 客户端窗口。这会使您断开会话连接并返回到应用程序主页。
+ 您也可以注销 WorkSpace。在亚马逊 WorkSpaces 客户端应用程序中，前往**查看**，然后选择**发送 Ctrl\$1Alt\$1Delete**。选择**注销**。您的 WorkSpace 会话已结束，但如果您想再次登录，客户端应用程序会继续运行。

## 剪贴板支持
<a name="osx_clipboard_support"></a>

剪贴板支持的最大未压缩对象大小为 20 MB。有关更多信息，请参阅 [我在复制和粘贴时遇到了问题](client_troubleshooting.md#copy_paste)。

**注意**  
从 Microsoft Office 应用程序复制时，剪贴板仅包含上次复制的项目，并且该项目将转换为标准格式。如果您从 Microsoft Office 应用程序复制大于 890 KB 的内容，该应用程序可能会变慢或长达 5 秒钟无响应。

**重要**  
向 AWS 支持部门报告问题时，请务必跟踪遇到问题的客户端的设备 ID。可以在 WorkSpaces 客户端导航栏的诊断日志菜单中找到此设备 ID，它可以帮助支持团队识别与您的特定设备相关的日志。请务必在针对此特定问题创建的票证中包含设备 ID。
