ClusterSetting
The settings to use when creating a cluster. This parameter is used to turn on CloudWatch Container Insights for a cluster.

If a cluster value is specified, it will override thecontainerInsightsvalue set with PutAccountSetting or PutAccountSettingDefault.Type: String
