若要請求映射，您必須先選擇映射樣式。地圖樣式定義轉譯地圖的視覺效果，包括地圖圖磚、網格和精靈的樣式。地圖圖磚可以是向量 (MVT) 或點陣圖 （影像）。雖然樣式可能會隨著放大或縮小而變更，但通常會維持一致的佈景主題。您可以覆寫部分或整個樣式，再將其傳遞至映射轉譯程式庫。
