There are no official hand-written (L2) constructs for this service yet. Here are some suggestions on how to proceed:

• Search Construct Hub for Rbin construct libraries
• Use the automatically generated L1 constructs, in the same way you would use the CloudFormation AWS::Rbin resources directly.

CfnRule	Construct (L1)	Creates a Recycle Bin retention rule. You can create two types of retention rules:.
CfnRule.ResourceTagProperty	Struct	[Tag-level retention rules only] Information about the resource tags used to identify resources that are retained by the retention rule.
CfnRule.RetentionPeriodProperty	Struct	Information about the retention period for which the retention rule is to retain resources.
CfnRule.UnlockDelayProperty	Struct	Information about the retention rule unlock delay.
CfnRuleProps	Struct	Properties for defining a CfnRule.
