AWS Partner CRM integration

This customer relationship management (CRM) integration for partners is designed to exchange referrals between Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partners and AWS. Participants in the AWS Partner Network (APN) Customer Engagements (ACE) program can scale operations without the need to allocate additional resources for managing coselling pipelines. Partners can also use this CRM integration to reduce manual maintenance of leads and opportunities across separate systems.

This CRM integration provides the following advantages:

  1. Unified lead and opportunity management: Leads and opportunities are located within the CRM integration, so it's unnecessary for sales teams to maintain identical information across systems. Scale sales engagements while managing leads and opportunities within one interface.

  2. Automated coselling operations: Automate coselling operations using standardized rules and validations. This allows CRM administrators to set up notifications, reports, and other integrations. Build workflows to automatically match opportunities and control the quality of sales data at the source.

  3. Simplified coselling workflows: Sales teams don't require training from Partner Central to oversee coselling deals.

Options for partner CRM integration

The following are three options for integrating CRM with AWS:

  1. AWS Partner integration: An AWS managed CRM package on Salesforce. Download it from Salesforce AppExchange.

  2. Third-party integration: A customized integration offered by third-party service providers.

  3. Custom integration: A customized integration using the AWS Partner Central API guide to build an integration that fits your requirements.

    Lead management is unavailable for custom integrations.
