DeregisterInstancesFromLoadBalancer - Elastic Load Balancing

DeregisterInstancesFromLoadBalancer

Deregisters the specified instances from the specified load balancer. After the instance is deregistered, it no longer receives traffic from the load balancer.

You can use DescribeLoadBalancers to verify that the instance is deregistered from the load balancer.

Request Parameters

Instances.member.N

The IDs of the instances.

Type: Array of Instance objects

Required: Yes

LoadBalancerName

The name of the load balancer.

Type: String

Required: Yes

Response Elements

The following element is returned by the service.

Instances.member.N

The remaining instances registered with the load balancer.

Type: Array of Instance objects

InvalidInstance

The specified endpoint is not valid.

HTTP Status Code: 400

LoadBalancerNotFound

The specified load balancer does not exist.
