This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the GatewayElbAccessLogDestination.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via GatewayElbAccessLogDestination.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to destination(GatewayElbAccessLogDestination).
