Method Details
-
name
The name of the output AMI. The name must include the
{{ imagebuilder:buildDate }}dynamic tag so that each build produces a uniquely named AMI. If you don't specify a name, Image Builder names the output AMI with the image name followed by the build timestamp, for examplemy-image 2022-10-26T22-30-05.912619Z.- Returns:

-
description
The description to apply to the distributed AMI. Image Builder sets this as the output AMI's description in each target Region and account. If you don't specify a description, the AMI in the build Region uses the image recipe's description, if the recipe has one. Copies distributed to other Regions and accounts don't receive a default description.

hasTargetAccountIds
public final boolean hasTargetAccountIds()For responses, this returns true if the service returned a value for the TargetAccountIds property. This DOES NOT check that the value is non-empty (for which, you should check theisEmpty()method on the property). This is useful because the SDK will never return a null collection or map, but you may need to differentiate between the service returning nothing (or null) and the service returning an empty collection or map. For requests, this returns true if a value for the property was specified in the request builder, and false if a value was not specified. -
targetAccountIds
The Amazon Web Services account IDs to distribute the AMI to in this Region. Each listed account receives its own copy of the output AMI. If you don't specify accounts, Image Builder distributes the AMI only to your own account.
Attempts to modify the collection returned by this method will result in an UnsupportedOperationException.
This method will never return null. If you would like to know whether the service returned this field (so that you can differentiate between null and empty), you can use the
hasTargetAccountIds()method.- Returns:
- The Amazon Web Services account IDs to distribute the AMI to in this Region. Each listed account receives its own copy of the output AMI. If you don't specify accounts, Image Builder distributes the AMI only to your own account.
-
hasAmiTags
public final boolean hasAmiTags()For responses, this returns true if the service returned a value for the AmiTags property. -
amiTags
The tags to apply to AMIs distributed to this Region.
Attempts to modify the collection returned by this method will result in an UnsupportedOperationException.
This method will never return null. If you would like to know whether the service returned this field (so that you can differentiate between null and empty), you can use the
hasAmiTags()method.- Returns:
- The tags to apply to AMIs distributed to this Region.
-
kmsKeyId
The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) that uniquely identifies the KMS key used to encrypt the distributed image. This can be either the Key ARN or the Alias ARN. For more information, see Key identifiers (KeyId) in the Key Management Service Developer Guide.
- Returns:
- The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) that uniquely identifies the KMS key used to encrypt the distributed image. This can be either the Key ARN or the Alias ARN. For more information, see Key identifiers (KeyId) in the Key Management Service Developer Guide.
-
launchPermission
Launch permissions can be used to configure which Amazon Web Services accounts can use the AMI to launch instances.
- Returns:
- Launch permissions can be used to configure which Amazon Web Services accounts can use the AMI to launch instances.

toBuilder
Description copied from interface:ToCopyableBuilderTake this object and create a builder that contains all of the current property values of this object.- Specified by:
toBuilderin interfaceToCopyableBuilder<AmiDistributionConfiguration.Builder,AmiDistributionConfiguration> - Returns:
- a builder for type T

equalsBySdkFields
Description copied from interface:SdkPojoIndicates whether some other object is "equal to" this one by SDK fields. An SDK field is a modeled, non-inherited field in anSdkPojoclass, and is generated based on a service model. If an
SdkPojoclass does not have any inherited fields, equalsBySdkFieldsandequalsare essentially the same.- Specified by:
equalsBySdkFieldsin interfaceSdkPojo- Parameters:
obj- the object to be compared with- Returns:
- true if the other object equals to this object by sdk fields, false otherwise.
