      The recovery latency mode for the router fabric connection. Valid values include the following:

      • BALANCED (default) – Optimizes for stream quality.

      • LOW_LATENCY – Reduces latency at the potential cost of stream quality under adverse network conditions.

      If the service returns an enum value that is not available in the current SDK version, recoveryLatencyMode will return FabricLatencyMode.UNKNOWN_TO_SDK_VERSION. The raw value returned by the service is available from recoveryLatencyModeAsString().
