The configuration for each Amazon S3 bucket that the ingestion stream ingests data from.

This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the StreamBucketConfig.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via StreamBucketConfig.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to buckets(List<StreamBucketConfig>).
