You can delete resiliency assessments in the Assessments view of your application.
To delete a resiliency assessment

In the left navigation menu, choose Applications.

In Applications, open an application.

In Assessments, choose an assessment report in the Resiliency assessments table.

To confirm the deletion, choose Delete.
The report no longer appears in the Resiliency assessments table.
