Places an inbound in-app, web, or video call to a contact, and then initiates the flow. It performs the actions in the flow that are specified (in ContactFlowId) and present in the Amazon Connect instance (specified as InstanceId).
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginStartWebRTCContact and EndStartWebRTCContact.
