Combines the recommended Amazon.Runtime.IAWSTokenProvider into a Amazon.Runtime.AWSTokenProviderChain.

Configuration parameters for each Amazon.Runtime.IAWSTokenProvider are exposed here to simplify configuration. Example below demonstrates how to build a custom Amazon.Runtime.DefaultAWSTokenProviderChain in a Amazon.Runtime.ClientConfig.AWSTokenProvider.
