Modifies the certificate used by the client.

This action can potentially start a workflow to install the new certificate on the client's HSMs.

Request Syntax

The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

The new certificate for the client.

Type: String

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 600. Maximum length of 2400.

Pattern: [\w :+=./\n-]*

Required: Yes

The ARN of the client.

Type: String

Pattern: arn:aws(-iso)?:cloudhsm:[a-zA-Z0-9\-]*:[0-9]{12}:client-[0-9a-f]{8}

Required: Yes

If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response.

The following data is returned in JSON format by the service.

The ARN of the client.
