About DeleteDataCatalog

Deletes a data catalog.

Method Signature

IMPORTING

Required arguments:

IV_NAME TYPE /AWS1/ATHCATALOGNAMESTRING /AWS1/ATHCATALOGNAMESTRING

The name of the data catalog to delete.

Optional arguments:

IV_DELETECATALOGONLY TYPE /AWS1/ATHBOOLEAN /AWS1/ATHBOOLEAN

Deletes the Athena Data Catalog. You can only use this with the FEDERATED catalogs. You usually perform this before registering the connector with Glue Data Catalog. After deletion, you will have to manage the Glue Connection and Lambda function.
