/AWS1/CL_CHVVOICECNCTORAWSRE00 is a "wrapper" for scalar type /AWS1/CHVVOICECNCTORAWSREGION. This wrapper enables the concept of "value is not set", similar to an Optional<> wrapper in Java. Wrappers are necessary because ABAP strings and other primitives are not nullable.
