About ListSecurityProfilesForTarget¶
The IoT Device Defender detect feature will no longer be available to new customers starting August 31, 2026. If you would like to use the detect feature, sign up prior to August 31, 2026. To learn about alternatives to IoT Device Defender detect, see IoT Device Defender detect feature availability change in the IoT Device Defender Developer Guide. There is no change to IoT Device Defender audit availability.
Lists the Device Defender security profiles attached to a target (thing group).
Requires permission to access the ListSecurityProfilesForTarget action.

The ARN of the target (thing group) whose attached security profiles you want to get.
Optional arguments:¶
iv_nexttoken TYPE /AWS1/IOTNEXTTOKEN /AWS1/IOTNEXTTOKEN¶
The token for the next set of results.
iv_maxresults TYPE /AWS1/IOTMAXRESULTS /AWS1/IOTMAXRESULTS¶
The maximum number of results to return at one time.
iv_recursive TYPE /AWS1/IOTRECURSIVE /AWS1/IOTRECURSIVE¶
If true, return child groups too.
