/AWS1/IF_OWC=>DELETESERVER()¶
About DeleteServer¶
Deletes the server and the underlying CloudFormation stacks
(including the server's EC2 instance). When you run this command, the server state is updated
to DELETING. After the server is deleted, it is no longer returned by
DescribeServer requests. If the CloudFormation stack cannot be deleted, the server cannot be deleted.
This operation is asynchronous.
An InvalidStateException is thrown when a server deletion is already in progress.
A ResourceNotFoundException is thrown when the server does not exist.
A ValidationException is raised when parameters of the request are not valid.

Examples¶
Syntax Example¶
This is an example of the syntax for calling the method. It includes every possible argument and initializes every possible value. The data provided is not necessarily semantically accurate (for example the value "string" may be provided for something that is intended to be an instance ID, or in some cases two arguments may be mutually exclusive). The syntax shows the ABAP syntax for creating the various data structures.
DATA(lo_result) = lo_client->deleteserver( |string| ).
This is an example of reading all possible response values
lo_result = lo_result.
IF lo_result IS NOT INITIAL.
ENDIF.
