ServiceNow administrators can view budgets and actual costs related to Service Catalog portfolios and products in the ServiceNow standard user interface.
To view portfolio budgets

Log in as system administrator.

In the navigator panel, search for Service Catalog.

Choose the Portfolios module.

Choose the Service Catalog portfolio that contains an associated budget.

Choose the Budget tab.
To view product budgets

Log in as system administrator.

In the navigator panel, search for Service Catalog.

Choose the Products module.

Choose the Service Catalog product that contains an associated budget.
