The behavior of instances that are protected from scale in during an instance refresh.

Attributes

IGNORE: Ignore instances that are protected from scale in.

REFRESH: Refresh instances that are protected from scale in.

WAIT: Wait until instances are no longer protected from scale in, then refresh them.
