When you edit a chat room, you can change the room's name, and control who can invite new members.
To edit a chat room
In the sidebar, open the chat room.
Choose the ellipsis menu located to the right of the chat room name, then choose Edit chat room.
In the Name box, enter a new name for the room.
Under Who can invite new members into this room?, choose Administrator only or All members.
Choose Save.
