Use the AWS End User Messaging SMS console to search an opt-out list to see if it contains a destination number.
Open the AWS End User Messaging SMS console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/sms-voice/

In the navigation pane, under Configurations, choose Opt-out lists.

On the Opt-out lists page, choose an opt-out list.

On the Opted-out numbers tab enter a phone number into the search field. The phone number must be in E.164 format, for example
+12065550149. -
Choose Search.
